Vandals Strike Congress Park Cars (FOX 31 Denver)
In Congress Park vandals did thousands of dollars worth of damage to cars parked on the street. Someone used a bat or a club to break out tail lights and windows while leaving side mirrors broken and dangling. FOX 31's Jon Bowman has the story.
